So this is my second week out by myself and I’m heading to CA. I’m loaded at 13000 and the windy is just bullying me today on I-40. Heading into the day everything seemed fine until I got 30 miles from flagstaff and the truck felt like it was going to tip over from the wind. Now I’m just sitting here wondering if I just wasted my day. Now I don’t regret stopping but it’s just a bummer watching everyone go by making you wonder if it’s that bad or if I just panicked. Watching the weather it looks like it’ll be same tomorrow. Just honestly looking for advice on how to handle situations like this. I’ve never felt a feeling like when the wind starting gusting the way it was.
