Quick question: I’ve had a firearm on me for a while and nothing ever came of it but today I went to the port and I was unaware that they were going to search me so I denied it thinking they wouldn’t find it. I didnt get in trouble with the port because I was able to legally have it but it is against my company policy.

Question is if I get fired from this company for breaking company policy, will that go on my record and make me not able to be hired at another company? Will it mess with my cdl?
