Will my driving record prevent me from being hired anywhere ?

Hello all, I recently got my CDL an and have been applying everywhere.
I have 5 tickets in total from 2017-2019,i currently have no tickets within the last 3.5 years.
I know it’s a pretty bad driving record but i was young and never thought about the repercussions.
Although i have no tickets in the last 3 years will i be eligible to work for any local companies ? I have an interview for a ready mix driver position Monday and I’m afraid i won’t get it because of it.Im also 23 if that helps
