Will my criminal background prevent me from getting my CDL ?

My dream was to always get my CDL and follow my fathers footsteps. Recently I decided it was time to finally start taking the steps to acquire it. My biggest fear is my criminal history preventing me from obtaining it. I’m 32 now and 100% clean and have 8 years under my belt from narcotics. In 2014 I was involved in an accident that resulted in a pedestrian being injured. I was charged with “Aggravated assault with a vehicle under DUI”. I had heroin and other opiates in my system. It was a private vehicle, I did not flee the scene and checked myself into treatment immediately after where I spent 11 months turning my life around. After completing treatment I unfortunately had to turn myself in for an 11 month sentence, and afterwards 11 months of parole which were all fully completed with no issues. There was also 2 possession charges before the accident between 2011-2013. Do you guys think these would cause any issues in PA with obtaining my Class A license ?
