If truck driving is the backbone of this country, and for as advanced as Google Maps are today, it doesn’t make logical sense to me why there isn’t an option in Google maps for commercial truck drivers to route plan safely. In fact, this baffles me for as far tech advanced as this company would be.
Even if you had to pay a monthly fee like youtube price to activate it, it would still be well worth it.
I don’t understand why Google wouldn’t have an option for us if trucking in America truly is that important as it really is to keep this country working.
It’s something desperately needed, due diligence would show how helpful it truly would be on so many levels, including safety.
For how much they know about our roads today and what they are truly capable of doing, I honestly am baffled why there isn’t an overlay or option for commercial truck drivers, hazmat drivers, etc… to click on and safely and accurately trip plan in America today.
Google, if you ever see this, please help and do something.
