I (20F) live with my boyfriend (25M) and he worked for a company called PD Cargo OTR. At first things were going good with the company, but after 3-4 months things weren’t going so well the tires kept popping and it was hard for him to get reimbursed. He was also scheduled home time but 2 days before he came home they tried sending him to New York, there was plenty of things wrong with this company but the worst was yet to come. He quit almost before he came home make sure everything that belonged to them was in the truck and delivered the truck back to Illinois (Where the company office is). This was almost a month ago and he’s still hasn’t been paid, he filed a claim with the department of labor in Illinois but still nothing yet again it’s almost been a month if anyone has any ideas or anyway to help please let me know.
