I’m trying to get as much information and preparation as I can to become a truck driver. I hopefully start CDL school next week. I’m familiar with the seatbelt trick to secure the doors shut while sleeping, but I’ve seen a lot of people say a ratchet strap is more foolproof. Do you guys have any recommendations?
I tried asking on Amazon, but I don’t think people knew what I meant because people kept replying that I was going to end up locked out of my own truck because of them, or someone was just going to cut it with a knife. If they’re already inside my cab with a knife, I’m no longer worried about the strap. I was also wondering if a 10’ strap would be long enough to secure properly without taking up too much space while stored. Thank you for any advice or suggestions.
