What companies should I consider for teams regional?

I am based out of Jacksonville, co-driver is in Orlando. We run OTR right now and wish to find a company to work for. We are hazmat certified, but are coming up on 3 months of experience total. The problem is we simply cannot pay bills with what we’re making now at our current company.

We would like to do regional, but we’re unsure if 3mos experience can command a home-every-weekend position. Any help would be fantastic.

Also, both of us have a perfect MVR and will pass any and all pre-employment screens.
