What are some good big boy no-touch freight companies like SAIA etc?

I had a job offering from Central Transport which is LTL; I’m still relatively new but I know Central is a no-go company and heard a lot of bad things. They also want you to touch freight.

I could go to XPO Logistics and I heard both Dayton Freight and Yellow near me that their terminals are both hiring people with no experience.

Then I realized all those companies are touch freight.

So I heard about SAIA which isn’t touch freight (AFAIK) which is about 20 minutes away from me. They also accept new drivers too.

Are there any other companies like SAIA? IDK what to really do because I know XPO will pay great, same with Yellow. Dayton Freight is literally $30 an hour. IDK how much SAIA would start, but I’m really just trying to keep an open mind and pick something worthwhile.
