2020 VNL with D13 turbo won’t push over 16 psi when ~7000+ ft elevation.

I’m at a loss, sudden loss of power as I’m climbing a grade. It happened before a few days ago on a different pass and I wrote it off as a fluke since the truck threw no codes pr lights abs returned to normal on my way down.

Now I’m crawling 15-25 mph up a pass hoping I can make it over.still no lights or codes.

I can’t wait till this pos gets scrapped, till then anybody else experience something like this and know what is causing it?
