US Foods & Walmart

Just got a job offer from US Foods, I’m excited for it but the physical aspect kind of scares me because I don’t think I can be 60 and still be tossing around 15,000 pounds of product every day. I’m also in the process of getting with Walmart.

My questions are,

Union vs non union but supposedly a great company to drive for?

Longevity? I think I could drive with Walmart forever if I keep my health right but US Foods is a lot more physical and I don’t think I would last until retirement.
