Im 19 just got my cdl A at 18, recently turned 19. I got arrested for misdemeanor trespass on a house I pay rent at. The city restricted access after 5pm but the landlord said I could be there while he worked as he came back at 7pm cops came and arrested.
My question is how hard will it be getting a job for big companies out of state for when I turn 21? And is the reason for the misdemeanor irrelevant and all treated the same when it comes to getting hired.
Edit: Spoken to a few attorneys they tell me to apply for public defender they will charge me a few thousand and a public defender will do just as good in this case and that the case is bs with a good chance of it being dismissed.
