Truck shortage for New Drivers at Prime inc and Wilson logistics

Hello all,

I am wondering if there are any current new drivers at Wilson Logistics or Prime that have recently finished their TNT phase of training. Are you currently having a long wait time to get your solo truck? Are you stuck in team driving for an elongated period due to truck shortage? I have read some issues with Prime but havent seen anything about Wilson. Would like to get the lay of the land before i talk to recruiters on Monday.

Used to be in OTR with Prime years ago. Left because of issues at home. Unfortunately let me cdl go due to lapse in DOT physical. Looking into getting back into now that home life is resolved.

Would prefer Wilson i think because i like to stick to Western states, personally prefer bad weather over traffic (im a weirdo) plus wilson’s yard is closer to my location. Just wondering what the truck/freight situation is and how things are moving since ive been out of the game for awhile.
