I need the good, the bad, and the ugly with this company from people with experience.
Heard their training is good and that’s really important to me. Really interested in getting my CDL through them at their training facility in Des Moines, IA.
From what I’ve read on the website with their benefits and clean truck bonus and such it seems like a good company. Percentage pay is a plus to me starting out so your not chasing miles. And the home time every weekend is sweet. But you can stay out if you choose.

Heard they run a tight ship especially with cleanliness, which I’m okay with.
See they keep their rigs well maintained which is another plus for me.

Also, do you take the truck and trailer home with you?

What extras should I bring for training that might not be outline in the information on their website? And how long is the contract?
