Tips for backing? Tips for future jobs? Advice?

I’m new to the entire trucking world. I’m currently in school to learn to drive and pass my CDL-Class A driver’s test. We just started learning maneuvers for our test and for whatever reason backing is not so easy for me. I know right is left and left is right but was there any of you out there that struggled and have some specific advice made it click for you?

Also, any advice for job searching and who not to work for (major companies) would be appreciated. Thanks!????
