Long story short I did 6 months at a mega dry van 2 years ago, left and took a job driving a propane bobtail. Its hardly the worst job I’ve ever had but it’s just never been a good fit and I’m not convinced they will be around that much longer.
I’ve had no accidents, positive drug tests or even a ticket in many years but I haven’t bumped a dock or backed with a trailer in 2 years and I never got that good at it either in my six months.
Just wondering if anyone has advice on a large carrier preferably with a terminal in the PNW I should look into who would be willing to give me a bit of a refresher, show me how to work a reefer if necessary and could get me a paycheck over a grand per week on average.
