The mystery of disappearing coolant

So I’ve got this 2019 Kenworth T680. For the last two weeks it appears to have a portal to Narnia or something. It’s running through bottles of coolant every day or every other day. We’ve replaced the coolant reservoir and level sensor. Still doing it. I’ve had pressure tests done on the lines and checked the oil for coolant. Nothing there and no coolant on the ground. Has anybody else run into this? Do Gremlins like coolant? Coolant enema a thing for professional drivers?
