This happened yesterday when exiting i-69 in Anderson, IN with a 45k lbs load. Car went up the wrong ramp and got creamed by a semi behind me. Cops asked me not to share the dashcam video until they get everything squared away, but I asked about a pic to hopefully help others and they agreed that was a good idea.

So far 2023 has thrown three of my nightmares at me – a semi rolled over in the middle of a highway at night, zero visibility dust storm, and now the wrong way driver.
