Are there any companies out there that doesnt make u climb into the back of the truck ? I tried roehl passed all the driving tests, background clean cdl A in hand with endorsements, but when it came to the test of climbing into the back of the truck I just couldn’t do it. (If they allowed me to have a step ladder then issue solved LOL). I’ve had my cdl since the end of 2021 and I’m currently driving buses but I’m looking to getting back into the trucking world. Any suggestions?
