Currently at Sysco , but it’s hell.
All the regional and OTR jobs want 2-5 years experience :/ all the local jobs are worse than Sysco. I really thought I’d just get my CDL and start driving lol nah, still hard at work. I quit my previous job paying me 80k a year for this because I thought it would be better but I see now it’s not. BRB gonna go beg for my job back
Edit: to those saying “ you left an 80k a year job to drive trucks ??? “ the job wasn’t 80k a year working regular 40 hours, I worked 80-100 hours a week & weekend nights, I carried 70-90 Lbs product for 12 hours a day every day. I dealt with a lot of racism at that job such as swastikas drawn on my locker , being called the N word with the hard ER , HR and management were all friends and relatives with the people doing this stuff so I’d be told “ just deal with it , you make good money “… I worked the job for 3 years then decided to get into truck driving. So yes I left an 80k job to drive trucks
