Okay so here’s the story I got a speeding ticket in Indiana for 24 over yes we get that it’s dumb and dangerous. I’m licensed in New York

I had my CDL permit (July 8th) when I got the ticket. and yesterday(28th) I passed my road test

My options are pay the ticket admit guilt, I saw nothing about points but I’m sure there’s points to be added.

2. Hire lawyer ticket clinic says they don’t cover that area so I have to make the calls.

3. They have a deferment program it looks like you pay a fine and you have to pinky promise you’ll be good for a year and your ticket won’t show up.

I need help guys
