Speeding ticket personal vehicle. They said there’s nothing I can do

Hi
I received a speeding ticket. I have a CDL and have had class A then CDL for forty years. I have clean driving record.
I talked to court clerk and she said the judge can’t reduce it or anything that would be illegal and there’s basically nothing I can do since it’s a state ticket. I told her I was going to get a ticket attorney and she said they will just take my money and they can’t help me.
Is this true I received a ticket around twenty years ago from dps and got it removed with ticket attorney
