Ok, so I’m stuck at a tiny truck stop in providence forge VA. I’m about halfway between Virginia Beach and Richmond. My company just let me know they won’t have a load for me until Tuesday afternoon, so enjoy the weekend. I can drop the trailer and bobtail anywhere up to a couple hours away. I’m trying to figure out what to do for the weekend. I have my dog and my wife with me, so just sitting in the truck all day gives me cabin fever. We’ve talked about getting a temp fishing license and cheap poles at Walmart and doing some fishing, or we’ve talked about going to Virginia Beach and exploring some. Does anyone have ideas on something to do in the area with 2-3 days off and a bobtail to drive around?
