I’ve had enough of the obnoxious attitudes with these clowns all over the country. Doesn’t seem to matter the company or the location – these people are all miserable donkeys and won’t hesitate to verbally abuse a driver.
Showed up to deliver at my appointment time and the receiving office said they weren’t taking any deliveries for 48-72 hours because they didn’t have enough space. They didn’t say it as nice as that, but when I asked why they didn’t call my company so I wouldn’t waste my time driving out to their warehouse I was told because “nobody gives a f**k about a trucker”. I lost it.
I didn’t get violent, but I did throw attitude back towards them to the point they had their yard guy take a picture of my truck and I’m going to be “banned” from their property. Whoop-de-doo.
One thing I’ve noticed is that when the receiving offices have a window or plexiglass barrier seperating them from the drivers, they sure are brave with how they speak. I’m honestly surprised nobody has knocked the window in and beaten these people for the attitudes they have with us. Its infuriating.
