Similar careers to trucking?

Hi all!

Sorry if this isn’t the right place, but I’m really stuck and don’t really know where to turn for advice.

I was really keen on getting my truck drivers license, but I’m a British expat living in the Netherlands which has made it impossible for me to do, due to the language barrier, no option to do courses in English, and no way to do it back in the UK or somewhere else in the EU.

The line of work though is extremely appealing to me, specifically being independent (Including minimal face to face contact with people), and being on the road.

Would anybody know of similar careers that can be achieved with a regular car driving license? All I can really think of or see is parcel delivery or furniture removal but neither suit my needs or wants.

Any advice would be very helpful!
