Hey everyone.
So I got my CDL in July.
As you know the market is extremely tough, but I finally found a company willing to hire me.
They’re a local delivery company, I’d be driving a daycab delivering Uline. Paying 28 + 6 for pension and benefits.
They literally didn’t ask me anything other than whether I have a cdl. No driving record, no nothing. Which I found interesting.
Anyway, they’re a part of the teamsters union. I’ve never worked for a union so just wanted to get your input on that, and the position in general, what you think about it.
Thanks!
