Anybody have experience with 26’-23’ end dumps? Do you like them? Dislike them?
We work in a mountainous area and the typical 35’-40’ tubs are a little too tippy for our area. We have a fleet of 10-12 yard dump trucks and a separate fleet of tractors that pull 18-20 yard belly dumps.
We are seeing more 5 axle super dumps come into our market. Looking for ways to stay competitive with our delivery method without dropping 250k on a single unit. We could buy 5 of the short end dumps and pull them with the tractors we already have for the same price as a 5 axle super dump.
Any knowledge/advice appreciated!
