Hey guys
Recently started a local flatbed gig after only doing dry van and reefer forever. Did not realize I’m the only driver and no one there is able to help me at all learning flatbed. I’ve been getting by watching a lot of videos, studying regulations, and talking to other truckers. Most of the stuff has been easy equipment in frames with obvious tie down points that I chain but I may have to start moving big generators on trailers soon.
So the generators have 4 tie die points on the trailer that I’m going to chain and bind. My question is about the wheels, do they need to be secured seperately from the 4 chains on the trailer. Haven’t done anything with wheels yet and kind of intimidated.
