After working in an office I’m going to trucking school.
I was preemptively offered a regional route where I could be gone a couple days and back a couple. This would be just great for my home life. Is this realistic?
Local doesn’t pay really well here, OTR I could do for no more than a year to get experience but regional seems promising?
Feeling naive here. Care to share what your schedules are like or if you have a “set” schedule. I also run a side business which is a hobby that makes a little cash but doesn’t support anything. It requires me to book clients so I need to know what days I’d be trucking.
Before I drop the money on my CDL, I’d love it if you would weigh in.
