For those of you who know NJ as I do here’s my issue.
It’s been my 1st month working local, love what I do.
In school I was taught in a red light uphill slowly let of the clutch until I feel it catch, it won’t move give it gas and there I go but it was in a light loaded or empty truck.
In the real world loaded I get caught at this red light often. I do the same technique but, I don’t feel the clutch catch and I’ve rolled back a few times until the truck powers up and goes up. This light is pretty quick and cars can be up my u know what. I’ve tried it in 1st and 2nd but it happens still from time to time.
Here’s the location for those of u interested.
North Bergen, NJ 83rd St & Route 1&9 (Tonelle Ave)
What am I doing wrong? Any tips? Greatly Appreciated.
Thanks again
