We’re driving from Seattle to Boise and are nervous about the overnight stop at a motel. (We can’t sleep in the cab of the truck.) Any recommendations based on truck safety and spot availability? We’ll need a pet-friendly room, but I can always research your recommendations myself to see if dogs and cats care allowed.
Asking here because I assume a truck stop complex outside town is probably the safest bet, but a standard motel is fine as well.
We’re open to either the I-90 route through Kennewick or hitting I-84 near Portland, which is why I listed both Grandview and Wasco. Open to a bit outside there—that’s just a logical stopping area 4-5 hours out of Seattle. ☺️
