Recently separated from the military need help

I just recently got out from the military and was able to get my class A CDL before getting out. Unfortunately I’ve noticed not a lot of companies won’t hire you unless you have some “experience”. Anybody have any good information on companies that will hire or at-least take a chance with a new driver.

Side note my job in the military was truck driving and I’ve already tried Schneider but they have no openings in my area which is Orlando, FL.
