Range of motion decreasing?

Hey all, rookie trucker here. I’m not entirely sure how to word this. I’ll do my best and see if anyone can help.

So, as stated, I’m a rookie driver and I tend to steer with my right hand on the wheel. Every day after my shift, I noticed that when I try to extend my middle & ring fingers, they just wont. I legitimately cannot move them. My thumb, index, and pinky fingers are fine. It’s just like a weird numb, tingly feeling and my range of motion is decreasing.

Was taking a shower in the Love’s last night and I couldn’t even move my fingers around to apply soap with my right hand. Got me alittle worried so far.

I’m thinking carpel tunnel? Or can I purchase gloves to wear while driving that reduce the problem? Wondering if anyone has experienced this..
