I I recently quit my job after a conversation with dispatch. I’m from south Florida and it’s winter season I requested that they keep me in the south and was told that wouldn’t be possible because it’s forced dispatch and ur a company driver. But because I see no pros to winter driving so I just left
You run less miles, winter weather, hazardous conditions, cold as shit for the same pay so what’s the point?
I’m being told I’m not a real truck driver because I don’t want to drive in those conditions.
Am I being a bitch or am I being reasonable? Literally no pros just cons unless I’m missing something
