So I got pulled over the other day and got a written warning. I just wanted to know how this will affect me.
The situation: I got a written warning because I was doing 61 in a posted 45 mph inactive construction zone on 91 in Massachusetts. I was on cruise control but as I was slowing down the trooper caught me before I slowed down to 45. I drive that stretch of 91 everyday and I always slow down for that 1 mile stretch.
Q1: how will that affect me and my driving record ?
I was just about to look for another job, how will that affect that?
Since there were no fine, just a warning, will that still show up on pre employment background check ?
Also gave me a driver/vehicle examination report that says a level 2-walk around was done and the only violation was my speeding.
It’s my very first time getting pulled over since I started trucking and only the 3rd time getting pulled over in 10+ years of driving.
