A couple of months ago, my company sent me a comcheck code for me to cash. I went to a Love’s, expecting to pay the fee because I didn’t get fuel. I had filled up earlier in the day at another Love’s. When I cashed the comcheck, the employee informed me that as long as you had fueled at ANY Love’s that day, the fee was waived.
I haven’t cashed a comcheck since, but my company sent me one today. I’m at the Love’s in Neosho, MO, and the employee there told me that in order to waive the fee, I have to have fueled at this exact location within 2 hours of cashing the check or I’d get charged.
Did something change, or does this dude not know what he’s talking about?
