**Trucking community – I’ll try to keep this short. I need all the opinions I can get on how to stay “well” on the road.**
Don’t worry, I’m not “the man”. I’ve driven through the night and own a truck, but I’m not currently trucking for my paycheck. I just hope yours get better.
**What questions might you ask another trucker when trying to START to LEARN how the trucking company YOU work for could improve their day to day lifestyle, health, wellness, fitness…ability to have fun.**
**Looking to just get 4-5 questions to show I am human, real, original and care about every response. Good or bad. Just wanna know what to suggest.**

^(I live in the midwest. I’ve lived all over and driven all over the county. I own a truck, trying to push her to 200k miles if I can.)
^(Been to cali, texas, flordia, east coast, and almost all the coasts in between. Not had to shower or eat healthy on the road. I love fast food and sugar if I want it.)
^(I work for a small family company that creates custom wellness programs for other companies.)
^(They asked ME to help after being rejected by Virgin Pulse, a.k.a. the current Amazon of big box wellness programs.)
^(Small box, big box, I just like the box delivered and am grateful for what’s in it.)
^(A solid local/national trucking company has asked me to create their company “wellness” program for this year and the next 2-3 years. The owners are good people and deeply care about their truckers that have a delivery rate of 99% but have promised their team an improved wellness program in the future.)
^(The owner does want to cut health insurance costs, but not at the expense of his truck drivers in the process. In his 20+ year career, this guy started washing trucks on another man’s dime.)
^(My role is to talk with current truckers that work 10 day routes cross country and all the hurdles in between. I do know a lot of truckers and trucking families if I looked to them but I am looking to you in the community using reddit on the road to help me out.)
