Price of obtaining CDL Permit?

I cannot for the life of me find the actual amount for the tests and such. I know here in Michigan, The price of the Permit itself is $50. Now, My question is, Do I have to pay for the 3 Test required for the Permit?(Air brake, Combinations, Gen. Knowledge).

Already done my DOT Physical, I just need this information!
