The site will ask you basic information about where you are and where you live if you are a truck driver, please be sure to specify where you heard him, what date, what time and on what channel. Also please specify that he is believed to be in the Lordsburg NM area.
As many people likely already know he is the one jamming out channel 19 using a 10 kW amp (though he claims it’s because he’s SOOOOOOO good at radio tuning). In the past he has also run a mail order scam in which people buy radios from him and either don’t get their money or they send in the radios for tuning, and he keeps the radio, the money and blocks you.
As far as I can tell the FCC is actively investigating him and actively looking for him. This year alone we’ve already seen two jammers go down, so I have hope that we can get him off the air as well.
Also I wanna point out, because if I don’t someone will get butt hurt. Mud Duck isn’t a pirate. He’s a jammer. Pirate radio (ie FM/AM/SW) is a victimless “crime”, jamming isn’t.
