Im only 2 years into this and my schooling wasnt great. For example they taught us to SAY check the brake pads, but never HOW to check the brake pads.

Recently someone posted about doing an air brake check because they realized they havent in a while and the truck failed. I drive slip seat day cab so the truck runs almost 24 hours. Unless we notice something change or our partner says something, we just do the quick walk around and go. So I havent done a brake check in a while, my truck failed, and the 2nd truck failed. Parking brake never popped out even at 0psi. 2 trucks out of service that probably should of been for a while.

Please keep posting these issues and pictures. Its been very helpful for me to actually see what i should be looking for.
