Bit of a rant here: There are some drivers who just need their hand held at any and all hours. I’m a dispatcher: I’m coming into the office today, and before I’ve even parked, one of my drivers is coming up to me asking the status of his roadside call for a flat he found in pretrip. Something I knew nothing about. These guys make their own roadside calls for tires. It’s 7AM. He found the flat at 5AM. Yeah, 2hrs does suck, but that’s nothing for truck tires. Now please; CHILL! Let me get inside and I’ll find you all the answers you need. Please give me a chance to get out of my car, unlock the door, and call people. Until 30 seconds ago I didn’t know anything about your flat. Whoooo-Saaaaa…..
