Hi! I’m a student doing research in the port logistics space and wanted to learn more about any of these things surrounding the processes of getting containers from ports:

* What is the process for waiting, entering, and getting containers at shipping containers at ports
* How do ports/truckers coordinate when to enter the port and specify which container to grab?
* Any differences between picking up reefers or standard containers?
* What sucks about getting containers from ports?
* Anything else that I missed?
