For anyone who’s in school for their AZ license, you may not have been told this but if you write your C written test before your A road test, they’ll add the C to your license without a second road test. For $26 it adds a bunch more options than just the A class. The only thing I’m not licensed to drive now is school buses, which I have no interest in. Too much responsibility and too much screaming at 6:30 in the morning. If I change my mind I just have to pass a simple criminal record search, but again… 6:30 screaming is outside of my wheelhouse.
I now have an ACM-Z license which opens up a world of opportunities.
Edit: also if anyone needs a copy of the official MTO truck or airbrake book in PDF format, let me know. I also have copies of not only schedule 1 which you should have gotten at school but I have a copy of the official test guidelines which lists what they can test you on out of schedule 1 and what they won’t. Someone from my school “appropriated” a copy from an examiner a year ago.
