Parking Strategy in Nevada?

Going from Eugene OR, to Phoenix NV.

I’m opting skip the 5 and CA this time. Instead going through Nevada to AZ (passing through Reno and Vegas)

There doesn’t seem to be a lot of truck locations in NV outside of the major cities. I have one rest stop picked out that’s exactly 10.5 hours away (Millers Rest Area). Sort of taking a risk here.

Is Nevada sort of like the 10 to Arizona where u can just pull off and park in the desert? This will be along the 95 South.
