Pam always gets a bad rep, mostly about solo pay and bad dispatchers. As someone who used to drive for them, I made quite a bit of money running the Amazon and tj maxx lanes. At first my dispatcher was bad but it eventually we got switched over to a new dispatcher. We were always running and barely had any layover. Some days I wish I still worked for them but I’m glad I found a career that allows me to be at home with my family. When it comes to Pam, make sure you tell your dispatcher that you want to be on the tj maxx or Amazon lane cause they pay the higher rates.
