Orientation with Variant Trucking next week after leaving Prime Inc

I was previously with Prime Inc but since I was never upgraded to my own truck after completing 30,000 miles, I left and went to Variant. Does anyone have any experience with this company? From what I’ve heard, there’s 3 days orientation and then I’ll get my own truck. According to my CDL license, I only have 2 almost 3 months experience, I started driving OTR in September so technically it’s 4 months experience. I’m not sure which one they based my level of experience off of. I’m hoping to have a better experience with Variant than I did at Prime.
