Options for new driver

Got my CDL on my own in January with hopes of just using it to get in the film industry as a driver. I’m a teamster but plans changed and an opportunity presented itself where my friend offered to take me on as a team driver and train me. He leases from Prime. I’m getting close to the end of my TNT which is 60k miles and I’m starting to feel comfortable enough to hit the road on my own. Problem is Prime is going to require me to team drive for an additional 6 months after my miles are up. I’ll do it if I have to but I’m wondering if anyone has any advice on other options? Companies that would take me on with limited experience I guess? What type of pay should I be expecting if I do branch out. Right now training is bringing in about $700 a week and my friend hits me with a little extra because I’m pretty self sufficient at this point. Looking at how we’re getting ran I’ll be making between 1500-1800 on our good weeks out of training and would like at least that? Any suggestion is greatly appreciated. Thanks
