[Ontario, Canada] DZ License Question

Hello.

As I understand, the class D license will allow me to drive an automobile with a weight over 11,000kg.

My friend had his class A license suspended due to medical reasons and he has a Kenworth T680. Am I legally allowed to drive it on public roadways without a trailer? I need to shuttle the truck about 100km from one point to another. I am on his fleet policy for insurance as he also owns several straight trucks that I drive.

I feel as if I am within the parameters of the class D however I am unsure of any nuances that might exist in the HTA.
