Company driver on a team who recently completed my 1st year with a starter company and was thanked with a pay cut on our coast to coast route.
I want to stay with the company but at this point the pay cut seems pretty severe. Before the pay cut kicks in, I will have averaged 1200-1700 per week with a pretty consistent monthly mileage bonus
The point of this post is that I am wondering how my two minor accidents will affect my future employment at another company. I took out her drivers headlamp covering at a Loves and on another occasion I damaged a trailer tire rim on a curb.
I also made some dumb HOS mistakes on my first assignment but i have never been cited for them although I know they exist
I do take safe driving seriously whule having averaged around 3k miles a week.
With these factors in mind, should I stick it out or test the waters?
