Hey there guys! I’m a songwriter based in Los Angeles, working on a few tunes, and one of them is an old school, 1970s, Jerry Reed-drenched trucker convoy anthem, complete with train beat.
Now, I’m not a trucker, but I’m no stranger to the road after decades of touring. What are some of the universal truths that you guys encounter? Great anecdotes? Lot lizard scares? Superstitions? Absolute road maxims?
This tune is shaping up to be an anthem tk all you fine haulers, complete with rippin’ guitar and pedal steel solos. That being said, I would love for it to be as somewhat accurate and relatable as possible so I figured I’d come to the source.
Get it, hoss.
